Frequently asked questions
Can I have multiple roles (e.g., DJ + Organizer)?
Yes. Roles are stackable. A DJ can also be an Organizer. Each role is activated separately and may have distinct fees.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your past events and history remain accessible. Your published events are automatically moved to DRAFT. You revert to the User role.
Does the ticket commission apply to all tickets?
Yes. It is 5% + €0.35 per payment (3% + €0.35 on the Pro plan), deducted from your payout. Buyers pay exactly the price shown — BoothPass adds nothing to their basket. Free tickets are not commissioned.
